About Trackdown Management
Jack A. Simpson worked in city government for more than 30 years. He served as the City Manager or
City Administrator for a combined period of 25 years in the Cities of Hawaiian Gardens, Paramount
and Bellflower. Prior to that, he held staff positions in the Cities of Paramount, Artesia and Cerritos.
